Welcome to the first stop on the Road To Fight For Glory 2012! This is the 2012 EWE Royal Rumble event and the 4th annual. Not only will championships be defended on this night, but the winner of the main event Royal Rumble match will earn the shot at the World Heavyweight Championship on March 31st, 2012 at EWE's biggest PPV event; Fight For Glory 2012. Let's begin the event that will begin the "Road" with the X-Division Championship match. #1 Contender, The Brian Kendrick against champion, The Pope. 1. EWE X-Division Championship: The Brian Kendrick vs. D'Angelo Dinero(c) - *The Dirt Sheet with The Miz & John Morrison is shown.* Morrison; "I'm John Morrison, and The Miz is the most unwatched wrestler in the entire wrestling world." The Miz; "And I'M The Miz, the most WATCHED champion in the wrestling world. John wouldn't know anything about that, tho." Morrison; "Apparently, Miz forgot about my reign as EWE World champion for much of the fall last year." The Miz; "John, let's focus on tonight. The world tag titles. The greatest tag team of the 21st century against the Blue Bloods, a team of disrespectful Brits? Now that isn't much of a match at all?" John says; "No it's not, Miz. Now we're gonna teach these Brits a thing or 2 about wrestling and tag teams. Because we all know when it comes to that, Brits got no chance in hell." 2. EWE World Tag Team Championships: The Miz/John Morrison vs. The Blue Bloods(Regal/Burchill)(c) 3. EWE Intercontinental Championship: AJ Styles vs. Ted DiBiase(c) 4. Samoa Joe vs. Christian - This past Thursday on EWE; Kurt Angle won a 6-man Rumble preview match to earn his rematch against the champ, Ted DiBiase tonight. This will be Ted's 2nd match of the night, and Kurt's rematch after losing the world title to Ted last month at Survivor Series when Ted cashed-in his briefcase after the Punk/Angle title bout. How will Ted fair in his 2nd match tonight? And who will win the main event Royal Rumble match to become #1 Contender for the gold at Fight For Glory? Both these wrestlers better be prepared for that one. 5. EWE World Heavyweight Championship: Ted DiBiase(c) vs. Kurt Angle AFTER THE MATCH: Mr. M.I.T.B., Drew McIntyre's music plays and the crowd goes wild. Is this yet another cash-in? Has Drew decided to cash-in on his world title shot? NO! He gets inside the ring, and while Ted gets to his feet Drew bashes Ted in the head with the briefcase. Then gets Ted back to his feet to hit the Futureshock DDT before leaving the ring! MAIN EVENT: 30-man Royal Rumble match!
