Out comes Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Kazarian and Christopher Daniels, AJ then gets on the mic, "Due to the notable absense of Ric Flair, I, AJ Styles, will be calling the shots for Fortune tonight, so tonight will be a special night for Fortune, as Kazarian takes on Abyss, Daniels takes on Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe takes on Rob Van Dam, and I take on Eric Young, defending the X-Division Championship, with D'Angelo Dinero at ringside." AJ then tells Young to come out, but instead, out comes, 'The Monster' Abyss. Abyss takes out Fortune but Samoa Joe catches Abyss from behind, and takes advantage. Joe sets Abyss up for the Muscle Buster but RVD runs out for the save, Fortune then bail as RVD and Abyss shake hands with Fortune looking on. Eric Young then makes his way out. After Young enters, Hogan appears on tron and says he decides matches, not AJ Styles. Match 1: AJ Styles defeats Eric Young to retain the TNA X-Division Championship in 6:44 after 450 Splash, followed by Styles Clash by AJ. During the match, Nash interfered but then left the stage straight-away, distracting Young, setting Styles up for the win. Backstage is Christy Hemme with Kevin Nash, she asks why he interfered during AJ and Young. Nash says, "Next week, for once, I will let words speak louder than actions." Young then comes in yelling at Nash. Nash calms Young down, Young then slaps Nash and leaves. Nash lookes devastated; Kazarian and AJ Styles are backstage talking about the ending to Kazarian-Dinero last week, Kazarian thinks weather AJ did it delibirately or not. The segment ends with AJ telling Kazarian, "If you don't stop this, you're out of Fortune." Match 2: 'The Pope' D'Angelo Dinero defeats Kazarian in a rematch from last week in 1:34, after Dinero quickly hits Kazarian with the Dinero Express. AJ then runs to the ring and yells at Kazarian. Kazarian apologises, but AJ has none of it and kicks Kazarian out of Fortune, Kazarian then enrages and convinces Styles to change his mind. AJ says Kazarian has one last chance at Genesis on Sunday, when he takes on Mr. Anderson. Kazarian lookes worried as AJ leaves. Match 3: Kurt Angle defeats Jeff Hardy in 6:34 via Disqualification after Jeff hits Kurt with a Chair, Jeff then brutily beats down on Angle after the match, and makes a point that at Genesis, it won't be easy for Kurt. Jeff stands over Kurt as we go backstage to Jeff Jarrett. Backstage, Jeff Jarrett is shown spying on Jay Lethal, Jarrett then attacks Lethal and layes him out with a Kendo Stick. Beer Money, Inc. defeats Ink, Ink. in 4:45 after Roode spuits beer in Neal's face leading to Storm rolling Neal up, after the match, BMI say that this will happen to Team 3D and MCMG at Genesis. Backstage we see Tara, Sarita and Madison Rayne quietly speaking. Match 4: Tara and Sarita defeats Velvet Sky and Taylor Wilde in 0:54 after a rollup by Sarita on Wilde. Wilde then quits TNA after the match. Main-Event: Rob Van Dam defeats Abyss in a Monster's Ball Match with Samoa Joe as special guest referee in 23:33 via 5 Star Frogsplash onto a trash can. After the match, Joe gives RVD with the title, RVD has earned Joe's respect, Joe hugs RVD and leaves the ring, Joe claps at RVD and smiles at him, we've seen a new side of Samoa Joe, Joe leaves and RVD checks on Abyss, while RVD checks on Abyss, Samoa Joe secretly enters the ring and attacks the World Champion. Joe then locks RVD in the Rear Naked Choke, the show ends with Samoa Joe posing with the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Don't Miss Genesis Tomorrow.
