after attempting to get Samoa to take him they let him go. He was married in prison for 5 years ago he paroled to her house but now wants out of the marriage. Can he divorce her and stay here? Its confusing since they did not release him based on his marriage or hardships they released him after several attempts to deport him failed. I do think she signed papers like sponsorship but can he have someone else apply to sponsor him? I know his paper work is still in progress as it has only been a few months. he still has his drivers lic and social security card he has had for years as he didn't even know he wasn't a citizen as he has been here since he was 3. He's scared as he has a criminal record has turned his life around and doesn't wanna be sent to Samoa or anywhere else but can't stay married to this person. Please help with ideas or suggestions!
